Hello, is there a website where I can identify plants/flowers ?

since the weather has been so nice, I see flowers blossom everywhere, in parks, in gardens and I want the same in my garden ;) but I don't know what they are ;( So, how could I identify them quickly? does a website exist with pictures which would give me the name of this plants so that I can go and buy them later?

I also enjoy looking at Renee's seeds. The seed packets have great illustrations.

I don't usually buy from either of these sources online, but use them both for flower identification.
