my gardinia used to put out nice flowers about the size of a tangerine in diameter but since the storm is putting out hundreds of very small flowers and is looking kind of scragley.it seems to have to much of something.i'm not sure what but i need to fix it.does anyone know what might help.the woman next door had put rabbit food pellets in her garden before the storm and alot of them ended up in mine could this be it?and if so how do i fix it?

Rabbits pellets shouldn't be a problem. I'm not certain depending on what kind they use. If there was a storm a lot things get mixed up in the rain water that can wash in your garden. Try nitrogen and potassium based fertilizers.
