Do you prefer to grow flowers,or vegetables,or fruit in your garden?

I grow all three,I lke variety,but if I can't manage all,I give on the vegetables,since I have many flowering shrubs and fruit trees that need attention first.

flowers in front of cabin.. vegetables on the sw side of cabin lots of local wild flowers fire weed delphinium wild irises wild pea little purple flowers and of course lotz of glass flowers ...live the dream grow your own

I content myself with the flowers I see when I take a stroll at the park...



If I had to grow something at home, I would choose fruits...

They are both a pleasure to the sight and taste...

Reply:Good question! I love growing rare plants...they pose the most challenge...its hard to pick though..flowers and fruits are beautiful and vegies are scrmptious...i don't think i could pick just one...but if forced i would pick fruits because they're edible and prettier than vegies!
Reply:I have flowers and vegetables in my garden. I love both! I think I should have both! And I do! When I was growing up my Mom had the most amazing garden... veggies, flowers, fruit trees. I wanted to continue that tradition and I have for the most part although we don't have the fruit trees. But I love getting my hands in the dirt to help grow new veggie and flower life! ?????

Reply:I like to grow flowers and some veg in my garden. Mostly tomotoes and peppers all in growbags. Potatoes and runner beans in very large pots are good. Try it sometime
Reply:Flowers. I buy the veggies at a road side stand. it is alot less hassle.
