When is it time to start planting your gardens ( vegies and flowers)?
Depends on where you live. My veggies have been in the ground almost 2 months now. Others are still getting freezes. Depends on your location.
Reply:It's different for every plant and every region. Look on the back of your seed packets, they give all the information for you region. Right now you should be at least tilling the ground and fertilizing.
Reply:in zone 6 it is typically mothers day weekend
check the zone you live in and also with area garden experts and gardeners to see when they plant..an honest, love to garden person will not do you wrong
Reply:It depends on what you are planting and where you live.
In general, you can start planting any time after the threat of frost has passed. May should be fine unless you live in Alaska.
Reply:first, what zone are you in? second, what type of plants, is this a Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter garden? Might go to this URL for help
