"how to keep a cat from digging in the neighbors flowers".?

We just bought a house so we're new to the neighborhood, our cat George loves the flower garden next door, besides keeping him inside--impossible--or building a fence--the neighbors suggestion :)--does anyone have any suggestions? We like to keep George %26amp; not be hated in our new neighborhood. Thanks

Reply:keep them inside and get a litter box if theyre are pooping in the flowers. my cats eat the flowers.. but you can get cosmic kitty-cat grass. its for cats to eat. look it up
Reply:put some moth ball flakes around them. will keep skunks and other critters away to. BTW human hair will keep rabbits out.
